Holiday RV Park

REGISTRATION

Upon arrival each member, authorized guest, or member of the general public must first register at the office and present their photo identification and/or driver’s license, vehicle registration & insurance.

Check-out time is 12:00pm. Check-in time is 2:00pm.

Members and guests may request an earlier check-in time or a later check-out time, with office approval, on a space available basis. A fee, as determined from time to time by the Board (and posted in the Park’s office) will be charged.

GENERAL RULES

  • State law allows only one (1) RV per site. This means no more than one sleeping vehicle or accommodation per space. There are to be no more than six (6) occupants per site.
  • Park facilities are for registered guests only.
  • The Park does not have a camp permit. Therefore, tents, camping, campfires (no wood burning open pits) and sleeping on the ground are not allowed. Tent trailers are acceptable. Cars, vans and trucks not specifically equipped for sleeping are not allowed as overnight accommodations. Campers may not be removed from pick-up trucks.
  • Members shall not sell their time or sublet their RV.
  • Members and non-members who want to stay in excess of twenty-one (21) days may be relocated to other spaces after twenty-one (21) days, allowing use of the front section of the Park for people staying twenty-one (21) days or less.
  • Sites in the 700s row will have a limit of a twenty-one (21) day stay. The 700s row of sites cannot be re-occupied by the same individual for at least fourteen (14) days.
  • RVs must be in good working condition and clean. We reserve the right to refuse service to any RV based upon its appearance and/or condition. Spray nozzles must be used to wash RVs – no running water.

RECREATIONAL VEHICLE LENGTH AND WIDTH

  • Spaces will accommodate trailers, 5th wheels, and motor homes with a maximum overall actual length of thirty-six (36) feet and a width of one hundred two (102) inches, excluding slide-outs.
  • There are pull-thru and back-in spaces to accommodate longer vehicles. Please contact the office for availability and additional fees.
  • There must be a minimum of six (6) feet from the legal parked RV in the adjacent spaces. Units will not be allowed to encroach upon an adjacent space.

IN-PARK TRAILER MOVING

  • A $25.00 charge will be collected for use of Park maintenance staff and Park equipment to move RVs.
  • No charge to assist Members checking-in if there is a problem with parking.
  • No charge if the Park requests a unit moved due to special circumstances.

PARKING

  • Park completely within assigned spaces only.
  • Additional parking spaces may be assigned for $10.00 per vehicle (space available). Tags must be displayed.
  • Registration tags must be prominently displayed. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing.
  • Paid parking in RV spaces may be available during prime time at Management discretion.

PETS

  • Keep pets inside RV or on a leash at all times while outside.
  • Leashes must be no longer than eight (8) feet and pets must be PERSONALLY ATTENDED AT ALL TIMES.
  • Pets are NOT allowed in shower rooms, pool, spa, laundry, or clubhouse.
  • Pet owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
  • No more than two (2) pets per RV.
  • Management reserves the right to ask for removal of misbehaving pets.

RESTROOMS & SHOWERS

Restrooms have combination locks (given at check-in). Do not leave doors open for non-registered guests. Please help us keep facilities clean.

POOL & SPA

  • Children under 14 require adult supervision.
  • No glass, food, or alcohol in the pool area.
  • No wet suits allowed in pool or spa.
  • Hours: 9:00am to 9:30pm (may vary seasonally).
  • Max 2 guests per site in pool area at a time.

SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH

Strictly enforced for all vehicles, golf carts, and bicycles. Watch for children and pedestrians.

ADDITIONAL RULES

  • Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am. No loud talking, music, or TVs.
  • Skateboards are not allowed. Motorcycles allowed for entry/exit only.
  • No smoking allowed in any Park building (per state law).
  • Drivers of all motor vehicles, carts, and scooters must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Washing RVs is allowed with a bucket and sponge. A nozzle with automatic shutoff is required for rinsing.
  • Wi-Fi is provided as a courtesy. Service is not guaranteed and requires acceptance of terms.
  • Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests at all times.

RESERVATIONS

Members

Reserve up to 6 months in advance. Call 805-773-1121 between 8am-5pm. 30-day priority window applies over general public.

General Public

Reserve up to 3 months in advance based on availability.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid fees/charges.

SNOWBIRDS

Available Sept 15 – April 15. Max occupancy 7 consecutive months. All occupants must vacate for 48 hours following a term to avoid establishing residency. Application process required, subject to approval.

SECURITY

Park assumes no responsibility for injury, damage, or loss of property. Each guest is advised to carry their own insurance and is responsible for their personal belongings.
